The workshop delves into how you can achieve a healthy work/ life balance and adapt your space to support it. The participant comes away with the following knowledge & tools:
Theory: Understand the significance of the five elements for the wellbeing of you & your space: Water, Earth, Air, Fire & Space.
Yoga & Meditation: Practices to reconnect with the five elements within & around us.
Creative Tools: Envisioning & expressing the five elements through reading, writing & drawing.
Technical Tools: Practical application of theory and experience to your home, apartment or office in plan, elevation & perspective.
All materials are provided including breakfast, lunch, snacks & refreshments. Simply show up on time!
