Lead time: Please request bookings at least 4 weeks in advance for local events; allow additional lead time for travel or custom requests.
Travel & venue: Off‑site travel beyond the DC metro area may incur travel and accommodation fees. ViVasThu will confirm any additional costs in the booking proposal.
Setup: We require a table per 4–6 participants, access to a small prep area, and a 10–15 minute setup window.
